Delete Your Account

Important: Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. However, certain anonymous error logs related to the app's functionality may be stored on the server to improve app performance. If you are signed up using Google or Apple and didn't change your password separately, you can delete your account only through our mobile app. Please download the app -> log in to the account you want to delete -> go to the “Profile” tab -> click on the icon located in the upper right corner of the screen -> click on the “Delete account” button -> “Yes” -> your account is successfully deleted.

Please note that OpenAI and Microsoft Azure AI are used within our app to provide certain functionality. If you wish to delete your data from their servers, please contact OpenAI and Microsoft Azure AI directly for further information. For personal identifier you should use account name as we don't supply them your email address.
